(\u201cRespiri,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) is committed to privacy and data protection. The Children\u2019s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules (collectively, \u201cCOPPA\u201d) require us to inform parents and legal guardians (as used in this policy, \u201cparents\u201d or \u201cyou\u201d) about our practices if we are collecting, using, and disclosing personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (\u201cchildren\u201d or \u201cchild\u201d). This notice (\u201cCOPPA Notice\u201d) provides additional details regarding the practices described in the our Privacy Policy as it relates to children.<\/p><p>This COPPA Notice only applies to the data collection practices of Respiri with respect to use of the wheezo\u00ae respiri<sup>TM<\/sup> mobile application and device (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d) where a child has registered directly to use such Services. Please note that our usual practice is not to collect personal information directly from children. We may also store the IP address from which the child access the Services in connection with the child\u2019s use of the Services.<\/p><p>We use cookies, and other similar technology, to collect information when children use our Service such as the amount of time children spend on the Services, the actions performed by children such as logging in and out, and the pages children visit.
